FINANCING
We are pleased to partner with PatientFi and CareCredit to offer flexible financing options for your surgical procedures. These trusted healthcare financing providers make it easier to manage the cost of treatment with convenient payment plans tailored to your needs.
PatientFi offers flexible financing options for facial surgery procedures, making treatments more accessible with low monthly payments. Their seamless application process provides quick approvals without impacting your credit score, helping patients move forward with confidence.
Use your healthcare credit card to cover deductibles or pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance. CareCredit makes it easier to access the health, wellness, and beauty services you want—when you need them.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Glasgold Group Plastic Surgery gladly accepts the following methods of payment cash, checks, and credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 48-hour (business) notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel without providing at least 48 hours' notice, you will be charged half the cost of your scheduled session, as this time was reserved specifically for you. Future appointments cannot be booked until the cancellation fee is paid.
Late Policy
If you anticipate being late, please call us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you, but rescheduling may be necessary. Arriving late without prior notice does not guarantee you will be seen, as other appointments are scheduled accordingly.
No-Show Policy
Appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time unless prior arrangements have been made. If you miss your appointment without notice, you must pay half the cost of the scheduled session before booking another appointment.
Prepayment Requirement for Rescheduling After a No-Show
In addition to the missed appointment fee, the following policy applies:
- To reschedule after a missed appointment, a $100 prepayment is required. This amount will be applied toward your rescheduled visit.
- The prepayment cannot be transferred to other services or appointments. If you reschedule and miss the new appointment, the prepayment is forfeited.
- After three missed appointments, we will be unable to schedule any further appointments.
Exceptions apply for surgical follow-ups within the global period of your procedure.
These policies are in place to ensure that the doctor’s time and efforts are respected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
